Meeting regularly with others to sit and share is a precious way to cultivate our understanding and compassion and to re-establish our deep connection with others."
Each circle will begin with a mindfulness practice and continue with a sharing circle where each participant will be heard and deeply acknowledged. Simply showing up without any preparation and facing no judgment about what you share is a precious gift that needs to be experienced repetitively so your cells can get used to what it feels like.
This program offers practical knowledge, emotional support, and holistic tools that simplify sticking with wellbeing changes. Working together in a group environment allows you to move your energy in new and exciting ways for transformational shifts, life-changing insights, and long-lasting integration.
